JOHN HIATT JR BROKER OWNER
I have been working in the Facilities and Property Management field for over 30 years across all of New England. This has given me the unique experience of working with industrial, commercial, and residential properties in many different locales including Massachusetts and Rhode Island. From properties of hundreds of acres, to single family homes, to apartments. I assembled the team when I realized people needed a one-stop-shop for real estate needs. I want my clients to get the best service and be 100% comfortable throughout the entire process. To do that, I have brought the best in the business under one roof!
DAWN ZAHIGIAN VINCENT
Dawn is a proud native Cape Codder that grew up surrounded by the Real Estate business. Her father owned Nickerson Real Estate of South Dennis and later went on to become the owner of The Real Estate Book of Cape Cod. She is very knowledgeable about the Cape, and truly invested in her community where she has raised her family. She is honored to be able to give back to local organizations/ charities with her small business Cape Sea Candles. Dawn is a graduate of Boston University with her Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and has worked with all age groups throughout her career as a clinician. Dawn is a compassionate and intuitive listener who is experienced with conflict resolution as well as effective communication.
