Dawn is a proud native Cape Codder that grew up surrounded by the Real Estate business. Her father owned Nickerson Real Estate of South Dennis and later went on to become the owner of The Real Estate Book of Cape Cod. She is very knowledgeable about the Cape, and truly invested in her community where she has raised her family. She is honored to be able to give back to local organizations/ charities with her small business Cape Sea Candles. Dawn is a graduate of Boston University with her Masters degree in Clinical Social Work and has worked with all age groups throughout her career as a clinician. Dawn is a compassionate and intuitive listener who is experienced with conflict resolution as well as effective communication.
